Proof of Delivery (POD) and Customer Notifications

Mobile worker allows electronic signature proof of delivery to be obtained and this is generally available. However, there are many different aspects to the delivery process and it is useful to have electronic instant notification to customers of a delivery difficulty or to establish waiting times for additional charging etc.  The mobile application in conjunction with the back office must have the capability of addressing these additional requirements for effective customer CRM.
